These are basically H&M quality clothes for super high prices relative to that poor quality. ($60 for pants that would be $15 at H&M). They also don’t do refunds, even when the clothes themselves are defective (broke while I was putting the pants on at home!) with tags attached + receipt. The sale rack is nice and the prices are more appropriate for the quality. The first time I went in everyone was smiling and friendly. The second time, the manager couldn’t even make eye contact bc she was rolling her eyes at me trying to return the defective pants 🙄

If you’re going to shop here I urge you to use cash and not any form of mobile payment. Their system snatched $178 off my card then they made me repay for the products saying it’s because of a system update and it only happens once a day. Please don’t be the unlucky patron that gets their money stolen like I was

If you call they answer and hang up. Literally over 10 times picked up the phone and just hung up. In all my years never saw such a thing. 12/11 @ 7pm.

Store is pretty orderly and neat. Some of the staff was pretty nice (new) people didn’t seem to know what was going on but overall I do like this store. I would’ve gave it a five.
